• Conducted a qualitative study, " Moving toward Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT): a focus group study of the Ph.D. physical therapy student perspective". 

• Investigated the Clinical Decision Making (CDM) Process of Myanmar physical therapists, In-depth Interview, Qualitative study.

• Developed the Clinical Decision Making (CDM) Assessment Worksheet, Qualitative study.

• Tested the psychometric properties of Clinical Decision Making (CDM) Assessment Worksheet, Quantitative study.

• Developed the Clinical Decision Making • (CDM) guideline.
  Conducted the experimental study to evaluate the change in clinical decision-making skills in Myanmar physical therapists by teaching the developed clinical decision-making guideline.

• A physical therapist at Yangon Orthopedic Hospital: assessed the patients at outpatient department and visited wards to evaluate the patients, most cases are related to orthopedic and trauma.

• A physical therapist at Home for the Aged Poor (Roman Catholic): gave treatment prescriptions and mental supports for elderly persons.

• A physical therapist at Yangon Muslim Free Dispensary Hospital: gave physical therapy interventions to patients.
